In 2025, Evergreen Hospice, along with our community partners, will begin the greatest and most important project in the history of our organization: to build and launch the first community hospice residence. Nestled in the tranquil nature of the Rouge National Park, our three-bed hospice will provide compassionate care to palliative patients and serve every resident of Markham, Stouffville, and Thornhill with understanding, grace and dignity.
